At Pawnvana Planet, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and transparent as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works for orders placed on our store.
1. Shipping coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or addresses outside the UK at this time.
2. Shipping costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the UK.
Any exceptions or premium shipping options (if available) will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete payment.
3. Order processing times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

For most UK orders, the standard estimated delivery time is:

Because we work with international fulfilment partners, some orders may arrive closer to the upper end of this range during busy periods.

5. Dropshipping & fulfilment model
Pawnvana Planet works with carefully selected third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners.
Depending on stock levels and your location, your order may be shipped directly from our partners’ international warehouses.
This model allows us to offer:

6. Tracking your order
Wherever possible, we provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive this information by email at the address used during checkout.

7. Multiple items in one order
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different days.
You will normally receive tracking details for each shipment.
8. Delayed, lost or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with our fulfilment partners and the carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Taxes, duties & VAT
For orders delivered within the UK, any applicable VAT is normally included in the price shown at checkout.
If, in rare cases, a carrier or customs authority requests additional fees on delivery, do not pay immediately.
Instead, please contact us at support@pawnvanaplanet.com so we can review the situation with you and advise on the next steps.
10. Incorrect address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for failed delivery or loss due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
